Ruh Roh. That means they waived that section of the TPA. Considering how badly the last XJT arbitration want, why in god's name would they do that? And what else are they caving on? Sounds to me like the Eagle deal and the possibility of grabbing some of those large jets SKW ordered lit a fire under the lifer's butts to cave and get it signed quick.
