You can post pictures using the "Manage Attachments" button at the bottom of the screen that comes up when you go to post a reply.

The picture needs to be 117kb maximum- use Photoshop to bring it down to 1000 pixels wide and then save it on your hard drive as a jpeg that fits the maximum. When you click on the "Manage Attachments", use the "Browse" button to find your picture and then click. Upload, close the manage attachments, and post your reply.
