TYS and DAY are about the same right now... Over a year. People are ALMOST holding long call who were hired a year ago, and just beyond that a few build up lines. We haven't upgraded since feb which equates to little vertical movement other then attrition. As long as we have system coverage, trades are okay- you can trade reserve days with yourself. I've had holidays get approved off then random weekdays no for "operational coverage". In October we get FLICA which will make it easier to trade and see what's going on. TYS overnights are pretty much all over the system like any of our bases, though rarely are there any -700 lines. Those tend to be rather consistent as far as where we overnight with them. You do get training weekends off...though you'll need them to study.
