I wouldnt be so sure that an integration would go smooth at all. Look what happened to pncl and colgan merger. For some odd reason, an arbitrator decided that a bunch of year 2 colgan fo's should be senior to 5 year pncl fo's. There was no logic to it, just because some old crusty judge decided so. At that time, pncl had a much better contract and future, while colgan was a non union shop without a contract to speak of. My point is, we (psa) guys could get seriously screwed. And then, they start parking dashes and guess who's hitting the street? Psa guys. Im extremely hopeful that we stay separate.
