All we need now is for awac to buy pdt and psa to ensure their extension of flying beyond 2015 using their current cash in hand. The merger of the 3 will cause a temporary chaos and awac will file for bankruptcy. New American will then propose LOW pilot rates in exchange for larger aircraft. Probably a 2 for 1 aircraft deal.

Sounds familiar? Only problem is, awac is privately owned. Also it would depend on whether awac's investment and profit from airways stock will remain a separate entity from bankruptcy which I believe it is. The profit there alone (that their board already pocketed) will justify them putting awac lcc under bankruptcy since they won't have much cash on hand due to their recent purchase of two regionals anyway. Also will guarantee future profit in dealings with the new American.
