Agree - single point (which we currently are not), but my old military community basically lived on hot refueling often (until some smart master's rogram guy show them the *cost* of hot refueling)
Because of recent misfuelings, our FOM had a crewmember responsible for being at the plane during refueling and monitoring the process. It has now been relaxed to if we brief them and feel compfortable with it then they can refuel with no crewmember around. Saves about 20-40 minutes depending on the operation.
