You'll provide “it was so good they couldn’t stop talking about it” customer service via email for ForeFlight apps.
I just had an issue with ForeFlight and my iPhone recently.
I updated 5.2.1 and it erased my icon off the iPhone homepage and wouldn't open.
I sent FF an email which they promptly responded too (though not with any unseful advice), then through a second e-mail, and a personal phone call, gave great personal service and technical expertise.
I almost got around to implementing it when the ForeFlight 5.2.2 update came out - I updated and the icon came back.
Problem fixed!
