Eagle will get cut slowly as the ERJs go away, but the 70s won't go to PSA. The regional model only works when pilots make McDonalds pay or lower. You will start seeing new carriers pop up and older ones die out so there are never really any senior guys. Keep everyone on year 1 to 8 pay and it never gets out of control. Mainline retains ownership of the aircraft and moves them at will. Delta has already been doing it. USAA is about to do the same, but probably more aggressively.
