Well, Skywest pilots are supposed to get whatever 401k matching, health benefits, and scope that we get. Sure makes it harder for us to negotiate any improvements there when we are being anchored by 3000 other pilots who are not contributing
Not contributing? Our 3000 pilots have been keeping you all afloat and out of CH7. Remember, we're not the ones consistently in the red my friend.
