No, not different planets. Different sides of the same coin. We each only see the side we want to see, but both sides are there. Some understand that there is another side to the coin, but refuse to look at it. Some look at it, and don't like, or just ignore it. Others refuse to believe there is another side.

Going forward, really from this point onward since the SLI ship has sailed, anything other than unity favors the company. Those holding a grudge about the past help management, and hurts a unified effort going forward. I already accept the arbs' award as fair and equitable ... that is the best path forward.
