One CRJ-700 check airmen I talked to said the company has plans to expand (atleast his flying anways), and on various postings, its been said Eagle's flying will stay flat. The same back and forth principle applies for upgrade times as well. So, for those already at Eagle, or for those that have more wisdom than I, what does your crystal ball say about Eagle's future?
Basically nobody knows. Hell I doubt the CEO of Eagle knows. Anyone who says they know exactly what will happen with any airline is full of bs. All you can do is find a company that you would like to work for today based on bases, contract, QOL, and hope for the best in the future. I think that Eagle has a lot of POTENTIAL for the future, but that remains to be seen.
