The only reason FO's work for the second worst paying regional in the country is the expected fast upgrade. I could get off of food stamps flying an RJ awfully quick with the demand out there right now if they mess up potential CA time. And to think people called me the silver cheer leader. I beg you silver show us something good and do it fast or this place is gonna crumble. I am starting to regret passing up an fo job on a 150 seat airplane for twice the money I make now.
