Guys... Dual qual isn't rocket science. Many airlines do this everyday (i.e.Skywest, PSA, Delta etc). They have it figured out. FAs already work both.
This will suck for reserves in the short term, but if you've looked at the new rules, there isn't much they can really abuse them with.
