About a year ago I had several JS reservations disappear from both VIPS and the entire JS reservation system. I called JS to inquire about my 'dropped' reservations. They told they knew there was a problem and they were working on it.
I contacted my ACP, he contacted the IT folks. Several weeks later I received and emailed saying the problem had been fixed.
Is this v.2 of the same problem? I'm not sure ... did you call JS and inquire about what happened?
