For what it is worth, 23 years ago my special crew time was annotated on my resume just because. DAL did not care nor did I. We both knew that it did not count for squat but it was in the logbook so I threw it on there. My interviewer(s) never picked up my logbook or questioned my totals. It was military time so extreme padding or exaggerating quals was unlikely. The civilians I interviewed with experienced the opposite as their logbooks were opened and many questions were asked.
My opinion based on my old experience is that if you have the flight time to get an interview, then no one is going to pick apart a military logbook of flight time logsheet. Nor will they care about "special crew" or "other" time. You might get a cursory flight time question but probably not. Once you are in the door, sell yourself as a regular joe professional who wants to work among professionals in a conscientious way.
