Guys, are contract is still one of the best out there. Lets keep it for now and lets start thinking about whats best for us. Get these FT/DT regs behind us and the 1500 hr rule and see how these things play out before we go off and do something we regret. Not looking to get into a bashing contest with you guys at ASA everyone I meet on the hotel van seem nice, but its just reality. I think Skywest grossly underestimated XJT's pilots resolve and if it dooms us in the end so be it but I'm not giving an inch.

unfortunately, I don't think we will ever be merged as one.
I would rather keep our contract than to vote for a TA that would be concessionary to the industry and to us. But don't forget that we are also slated to lose all of our aircraft, except mayb the XRs. So it's not just the ASA side.
