A little more mulla? How much a few bucks extra for each year? As I said before you'll hardly notice it. Scheduling department talking to you like a human? With Flica you should hardly speak to them at all in my experience the only time I do is when I check out and it usually lasts less than a minute. 1-2 upgrades in order wont produce even a ripple in a small pond. Not trying to attack you or anyone but those are some of the smallest issues I notice on a day to day basis while at work. I really have enjoyed this place and our coworkers but at some point you have to make a choice and say hey I'll ride it out or things just aren't what I want and leave. The frustrations experienced on a daily basis would still make me want to leave even with me making more money, having nice schedulers, and seeing an upgrade in sight or heck even as a captain. Everybody has their own wants and needs in life and Silver gave me a hell of an opportunity to move on to a place I really want to be at. I hope that all you guys get what you want and need out of Silver.
