Depends..
A 747 flying a mile from LAX-SYD has 4 pilots on board (i.e. 4 pilot jobs)
A 737 flying a mile from EWR-PIT has 2 pilots on board (i.e. 2 pilot jobs)
We will find out soon which proposal the arbitrators are going to go with and which one they will disregard.
