Listen guys and gals as i said before get your time and get out, be based at home or closer to it rather then the out stations that silver has. The staffing bid is bs and seniority some where else is growing by the month... Remember the barrel is increasing dailey as well don't let it be another 2008, where i missed my shot at an airline and had to wait and had friends that were at the bottom and got furloughed, if it does spike it would be a perfect storm for the public law and the over sight of pilot shortage to go hand in hand.
