After the day one interview process, if all goes well, then they will offer you "conditional employment", pending three things:

1. Their medical evaluation of you
2. Their psych eval of you
3. Their background check, which usually isn't a problem with the military given our security clearances, but your driving record will be checked then. The most important thing is to simply be honest about those things.
