Not hard to imagine. Some guys are just outright drama queen tools who deserve to be fired. ALPA usually gets their job back, but some guys are beyond saving.
I've flown with a few guys that I'd rather not fly with again, but I have never flown with anybody at Delta or Northwest that meets that description. The worst I've seen I'd call only mildly irritating.
