This is true. Management would be a fool not to ask since every time they have pilots have said "sure, I'll vote for that." Concessions will not make or brake the company. The more pilots understand that the better off we will be. Comair was different but Skywest/Expressjet will be fine with out concessions. Max pay to the last day is a great battle cry we should embrace at all airlines. The economy is picking up and attrition is too. Don't fall for management's crap.
