You can salivate all you want about replacing other regionals flying, you guys just signed a contract and we shall see if you agree to concessions less than 6 months later while your new parent company is likely to report around 500 million in profits (AMR and LCC). Don't think they opposed more airplanes; they opposed more concessions for those planes.
Sounds like a lot of people could learn from them.
The pilot shortage is here. You guys need to grow a pair and just say no to concessions. The Eagle guys did.
