Delta is the most militant when it comes to interviews. I'll just tell the truth, explain the life lessons I've learned from my college years, the lessons I've learned over the 14 years since I graduated and how it made me the man I am today. If they choose not to hire me then Delta's not right for me. But between the big three (DL, UA, US/AA) one of them will hire me.
Personally I don't want to work for a carrier who places more weight on what a piece of paper from 14 years ago says over the person before them and what they’ve accomplished since.
I was about to post a reply but you said it better than I would have. People need to remember that we work for them. They don't work for us. If I have a perfect record at Skywest and delta won't hire me because of my college transcripts then I don't want to work there anyway.
