Here is another nugget referring to the UAL pilots who absent a SLI were placed at the bottom of the CAL list temporarily while awaiting integration...

"But their willingness to serve in this capacity confirms the appropriateness of integrating them junior to all of the pilots on the certified Continental seniority list as of May 17, 2010, all of whom did bring jobs to the merger"

So CAL is now saying the furloughees willingly came back to be on the bottom, proving that's where they deserve to be?

Also it was appropriate for them to use the May 17th, 2010 date for this example, instead of 2013 because they had accrued more longevity as of that date.

It must be nice to have multiple dates and then get to use whichever one they like best. 1966 for United (UAL fly propeller airplanes in their mainline fleet), 2010 (stapeled the furloghees), 2013 (the merger didn't really happen until then)

Offer United flying jobs to United pilots of furlough, then use that against them.

WOW. There is some class.....
