Different. The PRIA request to the FAA came back to me (I got a copy) as a 1 page document verifying what certificate I had, medical class, no violations or legal actions. The full airman records has every piece of paperwork you ever sent in to the FAA. All your test scores. I believe (but not sure) it would also have any medical waiver paperwork.
