So if we were to meet the "contractually agreed to" numbers then we would be flying more than our "fair share" of the flying. No wonder DALPA does not seem too concerned about this.

This brings up numerous questions:

If the contractual number is not fair - why did we and/or our partners, and the company agree to them?

If the contractual numbers do not represent our fair share of the flying then what is our fair share?

Why don't they just say the company is not meeting its obligations and we expect them to correct it?

OBTW - Who had the great idea of a 3 year measurement window anyway?

I get the feeling that I'm being shown all the excuses on why the company will not be able to honor its portion of section 1. Almost as though I'm being prepared for bad news, or at the very least to anticipate what can be expected in the near future.

The 3 year window, in addition to the cure period, is basically useless if you ask me. March 2015 bumps up to openers for contract 2016 which undoubtedly be hung over our heads.
