Thanks for the heads up. My 16-22 year old record isn't great. My 23-28 has the two tickets. Unfortunately, one was about a year ago. The other was 2008. I'm still a few years away from an airline job anyways so hopefully I can manage to stay clear.
the "bad judgement" part is especially important for military pilot hiring packages. a good buddy of mine, who was ROTC with great grades, AND multi-engine commercial w/500 hours in his pocket, lost or never got an AF pilot slot, he was told specifically that it was his driving record. he had multiple tickets due to a 5.0L mustang college car and I think one was fleeing the campus police in his mustang.
stayed in ROTC (didn't get kicked out) for whatever reasons that detachment and the college/etc forces-to-be agreed on, but never got his dream slot as a pilot. was a great candidate until he decided to be stupid
age 19, 20. but it bit him in the a**

Recommendations: Slow down, buy a radar detector, and change whatever lifestyle/group of buddies that is creating a negative environment. Do all of the above by the way.
