Yeah, and this is a really big deal. They have to use their @delta.com emails or they will not be considered internal reccs (this allows them to electronically sort them out). I was told by an HR person that the only thing that will raise your score towards getting an interview in that area is one internal rec. After that, more may help once you get an interview.
But the internals need to be the company email.
So I've sent some emails to the @delta.com email but when they filled out the LOR they used their personal e-mail, should they change that? Or will it show up to Delta HR that the email it was sent to was at Delta.com?
I just heard back from Airlines Apps that Delta when screening applications does not have it configured to show if you have a family member working at Delta. So if you are hoping this helps your app it won't unless they actually read through it. FYSA.
