Yep sure does. Not a bad idea for the first JV but every Rep I talk to wants that window reduced. If we are out of compliance at the end of 2015 or have to negotiate that JV due to the Virgin one, its an item I sure hope they fix.

One thing we probably need to realize about the trending non-compliance is that RA pulled down when AF refused to. I highly doubt non-compliance at the end of the measurement period will result in DAL buying jets to get in to compliance. They will be non-compliant and either monetize it, or negotiate the settlement of the grievance as part of the next deal. No way he would buy 7 3330's to get in compliance for something that at best cost in lost pilot wages equal to one or two of those jets.
