That's surprising that he would consider himself "recalled" to LUAL (by wearing LUAL wings) upon accepting a position at LCAL. Most do not consider themselves recalled, therefore they wear LCAL wings. Maybe he was unclear on the concept or he wasn't given or didn't have LCAL wings to wear.
Highly unlikely. They are stickin' it to the man (Glenn). Many of them do not wear their ALPA wings.
