Why let them finish as the most junior CA are starting training in the next two weeks or so just to pulled them at the end of training or displace them shortly after when the smaller ERJs are parked. Makes no sense.

Now one could say that they are taking ERJs out of ORD as many assumed that all the CRJs were leaving, the company said they would start moving CRJs to NY but they didn't say they were all leaving. Everyone assumed that they were because there are 47 Ejets coming to ORD, or are they. That another fallacy, RAH has 47 Ejets coming to feed AA but they aren't all for ORD.

Eagle will shrink, but Eagle will replace ERJs with CRJs, a combination of 700/900. This has been the plan all along, now PSA is in the mix as they will get some airplanes but most will come here as the pilots are here, and don't give me the whole the pilots at PSA are that much cheaper than Eagle crap. Our compensation is just a small piece of the pie.

Another note, look how the ERJ displacements match the ERJ vacancies. Also look how there is an increase on vacancies on the CRJ in NY. This is because last time all the FO position that were to be reduced were absorbed by guys upgrading, and now they will put new hires on the CRJ in NY as no one in the company can bid it. As far as making it available for displacement, well is not required since you can go anywhere in the system that your seniority could hold so it's a moot point. But carry on sir!

Eagle continues to spend $$$ on new hires just so they can Comair us, or is that Pinnacle us, Is PSA being Eagled?!?!?!

***There weren't upgrades on this vacancy because the numbered guys aren't going to AA for 8-10 weeks, since APA change the payout at AA over 100 guys whom perviously deferred recall came running in matter of days creating a training bubble, so they are shrinking the amount of guys they take in but will take them in so they can get the pay out. Then in October-November time frame you will see 50 Eagle guys go a month and I am suspecting 100 of those guys will go. So that puts another vacancy bid in September!
Like everyone knows just because it makes sense to us pilots, doesn't mean it does to management.
