On paper you're right, the fleet will be that small. However anyone thinking logically can see that AA can't afford to lose that much lift. No one is able to meet hiring targets right now so they can't just shuffle that much flying to a bunch of separate regionals. Is the situation rosy? Absolutely not. Should people be actively looking for other jobs? Probably. On the other hand the sky is not falling and most sane people never wanted to be a career regional pilot anyway. Either there is a shortage and Eagle will be around long enough for people to get out and go somewhere or the shortage was never real and the shrinking of Eagle will save people from dead end regional life by forcing them into other ventures.
I will say though, your constant trolling gets a few people on here quite upset and I love reading it.
