You're optimistic. I get it. But you need to take a look at the big picture here. Management wants profit margins like delta is projecting. Eagle did all that they could to find a creative way around a b-scale, but in the end the company was stubborn. They think the only way to get results is to have low pilot costs. They just don't get it. Their copycat style reeks of AMR's business plan over the last decade; Follow Delta and avoid being original like the plague.

But sure, they're probably talking to you guys because they want you all to flow to mainline on monday with your current pay step.
