This is the same attitude that people going to crappy regionals have, go somewhere that sucks but make the quick upgrade. Small sacrifice for a big payout later. Don't buy into this crap, the lower wages and B scale at the regional impact the majors. The less they pay pilots at the regionals the more leverage management has when it come to outsourcing and the more the major airline pilots have to give in return to the flying not leaving out the front door. This isn't just a small sacrifice, a pilot group voting in a B scale has large consequences for ALL of us.
The cheaper we work, the easier is for management to outsource. The more they outsource the less mainline jobs available.
