If they want costs down and are too senior, why not set up a flow. I'm sure plenty of guys are itching to get out. Same logistics apply to compass. Low seniority equals low pay.

They are trying to be too greedy and going for the double whammy. Flows and concession pay for the lifers and whoever they keep. If not, then just concessions.

I'll burn this place down before concessions.
