I love how everyone gets excited about this 300 new hires at DL. If you're not a furloughee, Compass or PNCL, then it's gonna be a while. After all that, it's gonna be all the "daddy works ar Delta", Family/Friends, former Interns, squadron buddies, Minorities, High internal recs.

So, maybe late 2015/2016 for the average joe pilot if lucky.
