The only other airline doing anything remotely close is RAH where they give you 5K and a guarantee interview if you go to ATP Eagle is hiring you, putting you on payroll, giving you flight benefits as well as healthcare and a "guarantee job" at mainline. I think they are trying to do more than just impress a judge.
