They can't ban this at all. It resides on your Mac and creates a text file in a folder in your Dropbox account. FedEx would have to ban Dropbox use on the iPad, which is highly unlikely! Its a just a way of storing/sharing files in the cloud.

BTW - it works pretty well, however, to be able to do this on the iPad itself would be way better - only one device involved.
