I guess they do change the approaches from time to time...I was expecting HPN or TEB and got ISP. The formula seems to be flying an ILS to mins, going missed and doing either the published or ATC-directed hold for the missed. As for the AIM, on the test I took many questions specifically said "according to the AIM..." so I recommend studying it. The interview with HR and the CP has much more to do with your personality, leadership skills and work experience...they just want to get to know you in about 45 mins of conversation.
