Really classy. Nice response. I've been on reserve 4 of 5 years here and displaced 5 times, so I think I get to vent a little.
The point I was trying to make is that if we're all going to be assigned trips, then the senior guy should have preference. Or if I want to fly, I should be able to take a trip on my reserve day regardless of what bucket I'm in.
