Someone smarter than I made the point that a reroute greater than two hours out should go to a reserve and should be premium pay if assigned to a pilot on a rotation, if the system were fair.

The way the system is, a computer seeks to optimize manning available.

Resolution passed in LEC44 pushing requested improvements up to the MEC level for consideration at the appropriate committee level.
