Why would anyone stay with upgrade time's at 5 years, and all of the legacy carriers will be hiring before that. This means you would be "starting over" twice within 5 years.
This theory doesn't work for me. 5000TT. 4000 turbofan, P121, SIC. 31yo. I'm not sure what "low time FOs" is in your eyes, but I can't see them hiring someone with less than 2,500TT.
