for those interested in allegiant: outside of the debate on whether allegiant is good place to work, it is almost impossible to get an interview right now without an internal rec. not impossible, but almost impossible so for those applying and getting the thanks but no thanks dont read too much into it. maybe this will change in the future with the pilot shortage mirage seeming to be slightly closer in the far off distance. and for now and the near future allegiant will be difficult for anyone who doesnt want to live in florida because that is where the growth is and will be, and the schedules are not commutable.
