For those who got the "thanks but no thanks" letter, don't give up. I interviewed in February. Got the "thanks but no thanks" phone call. Then in October that same year I got a call from a Las Vegas phone number with someone asking if I was still interested in Allegiant. I said "yes" and they asked if I could make a class date 2 and a half weeks later. I later found out that I was actually put in a pool, but apparently someone dropped the ball and told everyone they didn't get the job. About half my class had the same story. All this to say, don't give up hope. Sometimes things at Allegiant aren't the most organized, and it sometimes shows in the hiring department.

Again, good luck to all who want to come. It's not for everyone, but I have been here since my son was an infant and I wouldn't trade the opportunity to see him and my wife everyday for anything.
