Same here I'm former 121 guy that has nothing bad to say about it other than the pay(I was regional). I upgraded quickly flew left seat for a couple years then bumped back to the right seat because of downsizing but when downgraded I held 18 off a month. I'm flying part 91 now and love it and so does my little growing family. I will only go back 121 if I was forced too. There are some things I miss about the airlines for sure but not enough. Remember though it is all about what is best for you and your family.
