Well with all of the hiring wave news (hah!) I tend to get a little bit of, "the grass is greener" syndrome going.
So are there a lot of corporate guys that are also pondering going back to, or entering, the 121 world?
1- We ALL have the "grass is greener" syndrome.. basic human element. When that syndrome kicks in, I think about the top notch flight departments, not the airlines... I feel like I'd get bored at the airlines, plus the thought of going through TSA everyday sends chills down my spine..
2- As for corporate guys going to the airlines... I'm sure there's a bunch of young guys here at Netjets thinking about moving on... We have no retiring age, our 65+ year old captains refuse to retire, some of them don't even think about retiriment until their very late 60s/early 70s.. there is no movement and 0 growth here...That's the only factor that gets me thinking about moving on... I'm very happy at Netjets for the most part
