Not the Caribbean, but Mexico. Basically, you can only do it as a zed fare because you need to pay the taxes. If you try to list as a j/s, when you get to the gate they won't be able to board you without paying that first. That was my experience anyway. Good luck.

You pay only the taxes for round-trip or one way and they may be paid over the phone at the time of booking or at the check-in counter at the time of check-in.
