Den is a senior place and heading for a seniority train wreck. 16 years gets you right seat reserve on the 757 or 31% right seat on da Bus. There are 118 - 757 Captains, hired 1978-1990. They mostly all live here (few commuters). When their a/c goes bye bye, they will most likely bump the ** out of the 737 ranks. It will trickle down from there. Oh, I am sure there will be 737 and Bus new hire slots, but they will come with a hefty reserve commitment. Sad but true.
