Yeah I do my job and go home as well.
But after only a few months back flying this POS, I go home now with a sore back and my ears wringing. I cant believe Boeing couldn't figure out how to put a proper intercom on it so we can use noise canceling headsets.
...as for the intercom goes, the company most likely didn't want to pay for it.
I flew the LCAL 756 for 13+ yrs and the interior noise level wasn't much better, the airflow through the ovhd panel caused so much draft that I started wearing a baseball hat...and I quickly realized the benefit of a hat looking into a sunset or sunrise..
Of course the wife says I'm half deaf anyway...
